offer a variety of exercise and dance classes for those who want to put the "fun" back into
staying in shape. Our offerings include: themed aerobics, tap and ballet for working adults, as

Special Occasions: Just Because Couples Dance Lessons
Have you ever just wanted to do something special or different for a loved one? Or, celebrate a
Wedding Anniversary, Dating Anniversary unlike any other? Have you ever just wanted to get
out of the house and do something "different," spend quality time with your significant other and
say "I love you" and "I appreciate you"? Well, that's where we come in!! U Can-DANCE is
pleased to offer the romantic package. The Package includes as follows:

Birthday Parties
Looking for a different type of themed birthday party??
Tired of the usual birthday parties?? Call us today and book a Ballerina Birthday Party
or a Princess Birthday Party. Each party is unique and is planned according to you
and your child's specific requests. Birthday Parties are usually held on Saturday and
Sunday afternoons and begin at $200 for 10 children.

Competitive Choreography Services
Are you a competitive dancer and you are tired of the same choreography year
after year? Call us!! U Can-DANCE can put a fresh new spin on your technique
and your choreography!! We offer "clean-up services" and private lessons to
assist you in perfecting that championship routine! We offer a wide variety
of styles and our choreography is based on the dancer's specific ability.
Focusing on the strong points and the movements of the individual helps the
competitor to be seen in the best light. This will enable the dancer to
appear at his/her finest and to be seen performing at his/her highest level
for the Judges. Our choreographers want to highlight the talents and
abilities of the dancers to ensure that they are on their way to ranking in

duos, trios and group pieces. We offer superior artistic and
technically-sound choreography in an environment best-suited for learning
and developing as a top-notch performer.

First Wedding Dance and Choreography Lessons
Getting married?? Ready to show off your great skills at the reception?? U Can-DANCE would like to help. Call us today!! We will choreograph your first dance as “Mr. and Mrs.” to the song of your choosing. We cover all dance choreography from waltzing (for a more formal presentation) to hip hop (for the fun, spirited and care-free). For details, call or email us.
Musical Theater
From Broadway to Off-Broadway and to Off Off- Broadway, U Can-DANCE is
pleased to offer Musical Theater. Each class, we will focus our technique
and dancing on the musical theater movement and styles of two different
shows, classic and current. Other games and exercises will explore
improvisation, finding our voices, strengthening the body, and clarifying
intention and direction of energy.
Off-Site Lessons
If you can't make it to the studio, for your convenience, we will come to you!! U Can-DANCE
prides itself on offering mobile dance instruction in various areas of dance at YOUR location.
Our job is to make your experience convenient and beneficial to YOUR needs. And we do that
by coming to your environment and designing a dance program to meet the needs of your
participants, wether they are children, adults, or retirees. We offer services to:

- Elementary, Middle and Secondary Schools (both before and after school)

- Corporations

Pageant Coaching
U Can-DANCE is pleased to offer our exclusive UCD Pageant Program. Our
pageant curriculum prepares students for superior performances in the
pageant world. Participants are trained in such areas as:
- Impromptu Speaking and Answering Questions
- One-on-One Interviewing
- Mental Conditioning and Self-Esteem Enhancement
- Runway Techniques
- Competition Wardrobe Selection
- Hair and Make-up Analysis
- Physical Fitness and Conditioning (i.e. Shaping up for Competition)
- Talent Development (dance and oratory)
- Stage Presentation

Pageant Coaching is offered exclusively as a one-on-one private class and
consists of 10 sessions. The total cost of the Pageant Coaching Package is
$700 for 10 one-hour sessions. If the entire package is not needed, U
Can-DANCE is pleased to offer one-on-one pageant coaching at $75/hour.

Private Lessons
For those students who would like private instruction, private instruction
is available at U Can-DANCE. Our policy and our belief is that ALL
TECHNIQUE SHOULD BE TAUGHT DURING CLASS TIME. As such, we do not encourage
specialized and private instruction to teach our in-class core curriculum.
However, if a student requires specialized choreography or "clean-up"
sessions to fine-tune choreography in preparation for competition, we do
encourage private lessons and are able to incorporate private lessons around
our class time.
Summer Camps
U Can-DANCE offers a variety of summer camps in the performing arts. In
addition to areas of dance, the students also have the opportunity to
explore Creative Dramatics and Acting, Musical Theater, and other fun
subjects not covered during the dance year. In addition to our studio
hosting various camps, our instructors will also be available to travel to
your location for integration into your summer camp programs. Just let us
know what you need and we will MAKE IT HAPPEN! Your organization can choose
one of our pre-designed camps or assist in the designing of your own camp.
As an option, at our studio, we offer early drop-off and late pick-up
services during summer camp for those parents whose schedules need to be
accommodated.
Summer Camp and Tuition Schedule
U Can-DANCE Buddy Program
Periodically throughout the year, students will be allowed to bring a "dance
buddy" to class. The "dance buddy" can be a friend or relative who is
around the same age as the student. The "dance buddy" will be allowed to
participate in class with the student. We feel that this allows the student
to expose her friends and family members to something that she likes to do
and something that she finds important.
Studio Rental
Looking for a place to practice and clean-up your routines. Call us today
and book our studio for practice time. Rental Fee: $25.00 per hour. Minimum
Rental Time: 2 hours.
Community Service Projects
U Can-DANCE believes that our studio and our students are a part of a larger
picture which includes the community in which we live. As such, throughout
the dance year, we choose special community-based projects in which our
students have an opportunity to give back to the McKinney area. These
projects are designed to be of service and to promote civil responsibility.
D.A.N.C.E.
 D.A.N.C.E. (Dancers Anointed-N-Christ Everyday) is a Christian-based independent praise dance ministry located in McKinney, TX. We are a non-profit community-based praise dance company that puts the modern-day spin on a biblical custom of praise and worship through movement, and as it relates to the performing arts. We strive to be living examples of the Gospel.
The vision and mission of D.A.N.C.E. is to unite Christian performers from churches throughout Collin County and the Metroplex for the common purpose of promoting Christ’s teachings and expanding the Kingdom through praise and movement. Our message is simple, we are UNITED for one purpose: to build the Kingdom of God via the Performing Arts. Our company is improving the lives of students and allowing them to meet, unite and share with each other the awesome art of Praise Dance.
Our Kingdom building and expansion comes in the form of performances throughout our community. We are available to perform at fairs, community centers, schools, and of course, churches. We also conduct workshops for praise dancers, as well as their leaders.
D.A.N.C.E. choreographs its dance, mime, flag and streamer routines to the latest Christian Rock, Rap and R & B. We also use traditional Christian and Gospel music as our building block.
D.A.N.C.E. is always seeking performers (i.e. mimes, lyricists, dancers et.) choreographers and costumers who are community-minded and who wish to give back and assist in the building of the Kingdom. We are always auditioning in an effort to include all who want to be a part of this explosive community-based organization. We especially seek dancers who are:
- 12 years of age or older. (Both male and female dancers are accepted.)
- All levels of dance may audition. However, not all dancers will be accepted.
- Able to audition with 2 pieces: a traditional praise dance piece and a contemporary praise dance piece. Each piece should be less than 2 minutes. The total audition time shall not exceed four minutes.
- Able to present two character references.
- Available 2 days a week to practice. (Tuesdays and Thursdays).
- Be willing to commit to the dance program for one year.
- Able to perform in various venues throughout the year which may involve travel.
- Able to promote Christian values in everyday life.
